No one should have to face barriers to complete administrative tasks at work

At Lucca, we want to make sure that everyone can use and understand our software, including people living with disabilities.

Objective

Our goal for 2025 is to achieve partially conforming accessibility for the employee profile pathways in all of our software.

The RGAA is an exacting framework used in France to test the accessibility of a website and its content in accordance with the international standards for digital accessibility, known as WCAG. The framework has three levels of conformity:

  • "Accessibility: fully conforming" if all of the RGAA test criteria conform;

  • "Accessibility: partially conforming" if at least 50% of the RGAA test criteria conform;

  • "Accessibility: non-conforming" if there are no currently valid audit results that make it possible to assess conformity with the test criteria, or if under 50% of the RGAA test criteria conform.

Once this first milestone has been reached, the goal will be increased. Moreover, manager and administrator profile pathways will be included.

General Accessibility Framework for Administrations (RGAA)

The RGAA is published by the French public administration and consists of a list of 106 test criteria. This framework makes it possible to assess the level of accessibility of Web-based software programs.

Each criterion can be assessed as conforming, non-conforming, or not applicable. The sum of the conforming criteria divided by the number of applicable criteria gives a score expressed as a percentage.

Other actions implemented

In addition to these audits, our employees have attended in-house and external training courses, and we organize regular awareness-raising events:

  • a training course on "Testing accessibility with screen readers" (Access42);
  • a training course on "Developing accessible and RGAA-conforming websites" (Access42);
  • a practical demonstration of how to use a screen reader (Fédération des Aveugles de France [French Federation of the Blind]);
  • an "accessibility week" event organized every year;
  • an accessibility guild that meets every two months.
